  At the TA Petro Service center here in Kenley NC at exit 106 off of I-95. Power steering pump went out. We are an 18 wheeler under a load. First we called them from mile marker 178 to make sure they had the part at 12:47pm. They could get it but not until we got to the shop. It's a 2 hour round trip to get the part. We arrived at the shop at 2:19pm and had to wait till 4:00pm for the night shift to come in to start the work. We where told they would start the work as soon as we got here. This did not happen however. As I said they made us wait for the night shift at 4pm to come in. For a job that's going to cost well over a $1,000.00 they sure make you feel like your inconveniencing them by bring your truck to them. Their mechanics are faul mouthed. And don't care who there talking to.
